What is the deadline for registration?
A deadline has not been set for SGAMUN ’26.
What happens if I’m not accepted as Student Officer?
You’ll get a choice to either become a delegate or to not participate.
How does the “Early Bird” discount work?
If you apply and pay before an undetermined date you will get a 5 euro discount, please note that our finance department takes 1-4 business days to send the invoice
What is your refund policy?

How long does it take to get an invoice?
We will send our invoices as soon we are going to make our first purchases for the conference, most can be expected about 1 month before the conference.
Our Department of Finance will move forward with your invoice after we can make sure that we can provide all our services. Therefore, if you have applied for housing, as a student officer, et cetera, we will not send an invoice yet.
Committees
When will the research reports be done?
The Research Reports will be online at a undetermined date.
Will the Historical Security Council have different Rules of Procedure?
Yes, these will be shared as soon as they are finalized.
Why is there no General Assembly?
There is no General Assembly at SGAMUN this year, because a good plenary requires at least 3 GAs. As we are an upstart convention, we would like some easy scalability. We would also rather have varied committees instead of a lot of General Assemblies.

Do I actually have to read the entire Terms of Service?
Yes. The ToS are a legally binding document, and we would like you to read them.
In the Terms of Service there is talk of an ‘act of God’. Does this mean SGAMUN reasonably expects Revelation to be fulfilled?
No. In English-language legal vernacular, an ‘act of God’ is an event that was not caused by humans and is therefore not the fault of any person.

Was the SGA founded in 1263?
No, it was founded earlier. The earliest source is from 1263, however.
What does Jugendstil mean?
Jugendstil is a collection of artistic ideas that started in Paris and around the Rhine. It is also know as Art Nouveau.
Are the dates listed final?
The Secretariat of SGAMUN 26′ reserves the right to change the date or duration of the conference, if the situation requires it.

No, we have limited spots and sort by relative distance, currently we have an excess of spots.

Privacy
We currently have implemented cookies for analytical purposes, this is done via Google Analytics.
When you apply we will only use your information for our registration purposes, this information stays within the SGAMUN organisation and will be deleted after it’s necessity has elapsed.
Other
During the conference we have a strict zero tolerance police and hold the right to use breath analysers. If you are found to be under the influence during any part of the conference, you will be expelled from the conference.
